Wendy came to yoga to help bring balance to her and provide an offset to the long hrs and demand as a registered nurse. Through yoga she found peace of mind body and spirit and her goal is to share her passion of yoga with as many people as she can. Yogas inspires her to live each moment more mindfully and be more in the present moment.
Wendy teaches varies types of yoga including, hatha, vinyasa, power, yin and prenatal yoga.

Yoga serves me by allowing me to provide a service to others. I want to provide a space in which all people can feel included and welcome.
