How Yoga Serves Lorraine

Yoga has been a blessing in Lorraine’s life, being extremely shy growing up and into adult life, yoga has changed Lorraine into a confident outgoing person, creating support and balance in her life. Now she loves to pass that on and enjoys helping others find there full potential and truly believes yoga encourages all to discover themselves.

Words of Wisdom for Students

Community means so much to Lorraine, sharing stories, smiles, hugs and supporting one another is so important. Yoga brings all this together plus the beautiful discovery of the self, one is not separate from the other, as we find the self we share the discovery with others.
