Lee Wright

Background

Lee has been a Yoga Instructor since 2005 and loves introducing the beauty of Yoga (asana’s and philosophy) to her students. Finding a love of Yoga on a journey to heal herself from chronic pain and anxiety, Lee practiced and taught yoga for years while working in Corporate America. In 2011, Lee decided to completely change careers and pursue her passion for yoga full time. Since then she completed her RYT 200 Hour Certification and has taught at various studios and gyms in the Atlanta and Orlando area. Lee also volunteers teaching yoga in the public school system.

Teaching Style

Lee teaches both group classes and private sessions, with an eclectic style incorporating Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga. Lee’s philosophy is that yoga is a complete mind-body experience and incorporates breathing techniques, meditation and teachings from the Eight Limbs of Yoga into her classes and private sessions.
