Alignment to Enlightenment Workshop Series

This is a fun-filled and informative six week course with each class offered once a month. You are welcome to attend one or all sessions. Perfect for beginners and those new to the practice!

Each session is 2 hours in length and will include pranayama (breath) techniques, a full body warm-up, yang (active) and yin (stretching) poses and a cool down with a short meditation.

It is our intention that this instruction will support a deeper understanding of the movement and anatomy of the body in order to reduce the possibility of injury for the practitioner. And it is our hope that this series will lead each one of you to a complete and enjoyable yoga experience.

Root to Rise Workshop

This session is a GROUNDING practice for stability. Focus will be on feet, hands and sacral spine.

Be in Balance Workshop

This session is an OPENING practice for fluidity and creativity. Focus will be on the inner and outer spiral of the hips.

POSTPONED: Let it Be Workshop

This session is a REFLECTIVE to move deeper inward. Focus on the intuitive nature of our physical body and how it aligns with our spiritual being.
